When Heaven is Full of Murderers, Thieves, and Rapists, earth is Hell

I am a flawed. I am flawed because I begin with I and my consciousness is limited. I embrace this flaw because it was given to me by that being that is neither flawed nor limited. By this gift I participate with what little I am.

I question our fellow flaweds. As you kill me for Christ, Allah, or country, do you go to heaven? As you steal from and impoverish me, does heaven embrace you? As you rape the earth, her sons and daughters, do heaven’s trumpets flare? You must know that God forgives my sins and enlightens me through accountability. This is the way of indigenous religions. Do you understand this?

In Christianity and Islam, where is justice for terrorist and terrorized? In your ego-glorifying religions entry to eternal heaven through the worship of name is the only cause. Your salvation is thus without accounting: you kill, steal, and rape – sacrifice humans - for your god. You are terrorists, Aztecs with missiles. In my indigenous religion I know, fail, and face god. All indigenous religions teach full responsibility to God. That terrorism risen in our religions from flawed persons quickly dies – our teaching stops it. This is the way of indigenous religions.

But Christo-Islamic history glorifies terrorists who every century kill one culture after another, steal from them, and rape their children (and your own). You call them heroes. Today you still kill each other and us – you lack Gandhi’s spiritual heroism.

Terrorism ends when popes, ministers, elders, imams, ayatollahs, and mullahs chant a single fatwa: humans who kill, steal, rape, or harm in god’s name go to hell! Why do you wait? Why don’t your leaders shout: killers, thieves, and rapists gain no heaven? Why don’t your teachers preach: heaven is denied to murderers, thieves and rapists? When heaven is full of murderers, thieves, and rapists, Earth is hell.

Perhaps your young religions cower, lacking the moral courage to condemn evil. Perhaps you worship Power over Truth and Love. (Your religions condemn my religion and all indigenous religions; you are certainly not too humble to speak for god.) Perhaps you want the power, wealth, and pleasure gained through murders, thefts, and rapes. As such you want evil. As such, you serve a demon, not a god.

My flaws are before you. I humbly sin by concluding God’s creation is flawed in your religions. Perhaps from ignorance, not arrogance, you worship a demon. Or perhaps your god welcomes you into a demon-ruled ‘heaven’. Indeed, demon worshipers, like you, celebrate the selfish, egotistical, ethnocentric murderers, thieves, and rapists.

I am wrong; God is just. Your ‘heaven’ is hell; Earth, The Existence, is Heaven. This is the Heaven of indigenous religions, one within the transcendent and imminent God of Truth, Bliss, and Moral Responsibility - even while being martyred by your beloved terrorist. I pray and know some day you will worship God and join ahimsa for the true hero fights with truth (satyagraha) and always without harm (ahimsa). This is the mercy of God.
